Delete Your Account
In compliance with GDPR / Article 17 — Right to Erasure
You have the right to permanently delete your Stilr account and all associated personal data at any time. Account deletion is irreversible and will be processed within 30 days of your request.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and account credentials
- All wardrobe photos and clothing items you uploaded
- Your outfit history and AI style profile
- Any usage data and preferences associated with your account
How to delete your account
You can delete your account directly from within the app:
- Open the Stilr app on your iPhone
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the page
- Confirm your decision — your account and all data will be permanently erased within 30 days
Prefer to request by email?
If you are unable to access the app or prefer to submit a deletion request directly, send us an email from the address associated with your account:
Request deletion by email →Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your wardrobe data, outfit history, and preferences will be lost. If you simply want a break, you can leave the app without deleting your account — your data will be waiting when you return.
