Terms and Conditions

Article 1 — Purpose and Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Stilr mobile application available on iOS and Android, operated by Mehdi Chaabi, sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel) under French law, hereinafter referred to as "Stilr".

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, the user ("User") unconditionally accepts these Terms.

Article 2 — Description of the Service

Stilr is an AI-powered personal styling application. It enables Users to:

• Scan and catalogue their wardrobe
• Receive personalised outfit suggestions
• Get recommendations tailored to weather and occasions
• Track their outfit history

The Application offers two levels of access:

• Free Version: limited access to core features, with a monthly cap on outfit suggestions
• Premium Version (subscription): unlimited access to all features, advanced suggestions, contextual recommendations, and priority support

Article 3 — Access Requirements

3.1 Minimum Age

Use of the Application is reserved for individuals aged 13 or over. Users under the age of 16 must obtain the consent of their legal guardian, in accordance with the French Data Protection Act.

3.2 Account Creation

Access to the Application requires the creation of a personal account. The User agrees to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.

3.3 Compatible Devices

The Application is compatible with iOS (version 14.0 or later) and Android (version 8.0 or later).

Article 4 — Subscription and Billing

4.1 Subscription Offer

The Premium subscription is offered as an auto-renewable subscription at prices displayed in the Application. Options: Stilr Premium Monthly and Stilr Premium Annual.

4.2 Apple App Store — Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

• Payment will be charged to the User's Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• The User's account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions may be managed from the User's Apple ID Account Settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

4.3 Google Play — Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased via Google Play follow the same auto-renewal logic and may be cancelled at any time from the User's Google Play account.

4.4 Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no pro-rata refund.

4.5 Right of Withdrawal

Users residing in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription, unless the execution of the service has begun with their express consent.

Article 5 — Intellectual Property

The Application and all its content are the exclusive property of Stilr and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws. Any unauthorised reproduction or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

By importing content into the Application, the User grants Stilr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence solely for the purpose of providing the service, including transmission to third-party processors listed in the Privacy Policy.

Article 6 — Personal Data

Personal data processing is described in detail in the Stilr Privacy Policy, available at stilr.app/privacy. Data controller: Mehdi Chaabi (Stilr), France. Third-party processors: Google Firebase, OpenAI, Clipdrop, Apple, Google Play.

Article 7 — User Obligations

• Use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures
• Not upload unlawful or third-party rights-infringing content
• Not use the Application for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation
• Not attempt to extract or copy the Application's algorithms

Article 8 — Stilr's Liability

Stilr undertakes to provide the service with due diligence. However, Stilr cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect outfit suggestions, or permanent availability of third-party services. Stilr's liability is limited to amounts paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Article 9 — Account Deletion

Users may delete their account at any time: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Deletion may also be requested at contact@stilr.app or via stilr.app/delete-account.

Article 10 — Amendments to These Terms

Stilr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Article 11 — Account Suspension

Stilr reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's account in the event of: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, non-payment, or activity infringing the rights of third parties.

Article 12 — Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by French law. Users may seek free mediation at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Failing amicable resolution within 60 days, the competent courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
