By downloading, installing, or using the Stilr application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Stilr SAS.

2. Description of Service

Stilr is an AI-powered personal styling application that helps users organise their wardrobe, receive outfit suggestions, discover new products via affiliate partnerships, and resell pre-owned clothing items. The App is available on iOS and is free to download and use.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Stilr. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. User Account

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload to Stilr. By uploading content, you grant Stilr a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the App's features and improving the AI models. We will never sell your personal content to third parties.

Stilr may earn a commission when you purchase products through affiliate links displayed in the App. These recommendations are generated by our AI and are intended to complement your existing wardrobe. We are not responsible for the products, pricing, or policies of third-party retailers.

8. Resale Feature

Stilr may facilitate the resale of clothing items between users. Stilr acts solely as an intermediary platform and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings and compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Intellectual Property

All elements of the App — including but not limited to its design, logo, name, AI models, and code — are the exclusive property of Stilr SAS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No licence to use these elements is granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Stilr does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. AI-generated outfit suggestions are provided for informational purposes only.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stilr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if Stilr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
